Yet another thread where even high count posters are looking a gift horse in the mouth. Look at his targets/receptions/Yds/YAC. Early onset Alzheimer's can be a real bitch even when caused by football experience gained solely on a couch in front of an HDTV drinking too many brewskies.

as the Ted Ginn Bandwagon Founder & CEO, you can't expect Ginn to snag poo out of the air and make crazy types of plays on the ball.

Hes a track star. With him, you know you are going to get a few drops but you are betting that the catches he does have are for long distances in crucial moments. So far his positive contribution has far outweighed his mistakes.

Im not sure if Ginn can play above the rim, thats the next part he'll have to learn after he's done learning all our routes and finished Ballin like Eighty-Nine 101 class.

He attacks with or without the ball and that is what I like to see most out of a wideout. He's got great nerves but his balance isnt as good as LaFell or Smitty's. He's not gonna fly around in the air, spinning and come down with two feet on the sideline. Right now I would say he just needs a little extra upper body and he's good to gofor us for what he is.

His hands could be better but I dont think thats the problem. His balance just doesnt look sharp enough to ever be a 1. Idk, could just be a coordination thing.

He is a avg WR that I would give a avg contract to. Way too many key drops for him to get big money. Same goes for LaFell.

can you please point out any other drops he has?  Smith is the one dropping everything, Ginn is a gem this year.  You must be one of those espn fans that just reads football and actually doesnt watch it.

No one will go for Ginn this offseason.. his chances to play are with the panthers because we have a weak WR core.. And im sure we wont go to FA to get any WR.. He is fast and can make plays.. I like him on the team but I agree with others.. keep it with a grain of salt. Hes not elite
