The D let Nick Foles complete 78% of passes with three TD passes and 140 passer rating and the week after that Matt Ryan completed 74% of his passes minus Roddy White and Julio Jones and Ryan had a 131 passer rating. Gerald Mccoy only has 2 sacks on the season. But say for a minute their D is really that good, they still have the 31st ranked offense in points and yards and that was before Doug Martin got hurt.

Posters are so afraid of confidence around here its amazing.

Winning is what Cam was accustomed to before he came here. He is in his element.

Watch and see.

I've heard the same pessimism before evey game this year.

 

Some people try to stay more level.  However it's usually the people who are so confident before the game ...are the same ones who go bat sh$% crazy suicidal trade cam fire rivera jerry richardson hates us omg hurney contracts shula is anti-christ bligity blarn flim flam flarn....

 

You have posters who are literally .. tank the season and trade cam for bridgewater  to is Cam is the greatest player to ever lace them up in a week.

 

To top all of that....

 

You have a team that has consistently played down to competition, consistently come out flat against inferior teams that on paper we should destroy and have consistently been sabotaged by coaches.

 

With all that being said, everyone here believes that we are good enough to destroy the bucs by 30.  But we also know we have been inconsistent enough to lose by 3.

NFL is about matchup. Tampa causes us problems...

Realizig that isn't being pessimistic.

Being forced to pass, with a bad OL against a secondary that features legit talent.... isn't a scenario to be overconfident about.

Cam isn't going to be on fire every game with his short/intermediate game. If that happens on a day we play a D that can make us one dimensional.....we got problems.

Oh the Rams are a beast on D we are gonna get destroyed. Check.

Oh Jared Allen is a beast we going down. Check.

Oh Eli gonna carve us up and Jpp gonna end Cam's career.Check.

Its okay, you can believe again.

Tampa D is better than the Vikes....much better
