Blackmon available for trade? EDIT: blackmon suspended for season

What an idiot. I've liked Blackmon from a talent perspective since his early days at OK State, but the guy seriously needs to get help. Aldon Smith, who unfortunately will return from his "voluntary" alcohol treatment program against us did it the right way to fix a real life issue. Blackmon has so much talent but no brain to go with it.smh

Some huddlers didnt just want him on the squad. That wouldve been bad enough. . No no, they wanted to trade for him. . . AND THEN put him in the 1 . . in the middle of the season.

Phew, if I were you I would stop making suggestions. Youre obviously clueless. The fact that people agree with you doesnt make you more right. It makes more of you look stupid and it shows your total lack of credibility. It will not be forgotten.

Nah. Stuff happens.

Sad reality of the NFL is that there tend to be more Juston Blackmons than there are Cris carters.

I think the real tragedy is that this guy will still end up making millions of dollars just because he can catch a fuging ball. And remember I was on his side, but for him to get suspended for the year AFTER missing the beginning of the season is just insane.

This is why when a topic like this comes up, I talk about wisdom and sound judgment - or the lack thereof - being the problem.

You're getting paid millions of dollars to play a game.  Play it well and you can set yourself - and your kids - up for a pretty good life. And when it comes to drug testing, you're notified ahead of time when it's gonna happen.  So while you'd be wise to refrain completely, realistically you just have to refrain during the time when you're actively engaged in training/playing.

Sounds simple, right?

Well, it could be, except some of these guys are just a little too deep in the hole and/or too dumb to figure it out.

Chris Spielman used to say "You've got a chance to live the life of your dreams.  All you have to do is just not get arrested.  That's not so tough to ask, is it?  Millions of people go their whole lives without that ever happening to them."

But for a guy who lacks wisdom / judgment / intelligence / self-control, sometimes it apparently is too much to ask :(
