it isn't about getting penalties as refs give him a long leash do to his trademarked style....it is the plays where he basically isn't playing WR that hurt.  I think that is ultimately why teams still try and push him.  Make us play 10 vs 10 for a series here or there.  SInce he is Cam's favorite target that can hurt.  

 

I mean, I doubt these guys collective schemed to pester 89 without Fisher knowing it.  Fisher wants that poo.  Fisher isn't a dummy.  He pushes and is extra chippy b/c it often works.
