Don't need him.  Olsen, Hartsock and Williams are plenty.

 

Well, we could use that logic about several positions.  Cam could use more weapons. He may not be the best blocker, but he is as adequate as Olsen, plus he is just flat out more athletic than any TE we have on our roster, even B-Will in my opinion, but even if he's not, he's close. Furthermore, he is not a project. He is a proven pro (on the field, at least), and is a legitimate threat.

Davis is someone who has played in the NFL and had success. B Will hasn't yet. 6th rnd isn't too much to ask.

However, we dnt kno what is goin on in DGs mind, so.......who knows his plans?

Perhaps in theory, but I don't really see how acquiring players limits the development of other players. It can limit playing time, but if you're ready you're ready. Plus, some players need that time on the sidelines to watch the game, learn, listen and mature while they develop.  I would love to see B-Will on the field, now, but apparently the coaches don't believe he is ready quite yet to get out there on a consistent basis.
