Looks like he is in RR's crap house and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the boot. Always seemed to have an ego problem (remember when he was giving Smitty crap as a rook in camp). And yes we would be 4 ~2 now if he had held his assignment and did what he was supposed to do. DG doesn't care who you are and will kick you to the curb if you aren't helping the team win and RR is fighting for his job. I know we need some help back there, but obviously Norman may have blown his last chance here in Charlotte.Don't be surprised if he gets his walking papers soon.

They said on the radio Norman has not "been a professional" since being drafted and it had him deep in Rivera's doghouse. His shitty play was just the nail in the coffin.

You can be the greatest talent out there but if you aren't doing your role the whole team can fail.

 

I like Norman but he isn't the Carolina defense.  If he cannot get onboard with the program then he can take a hike.
