People give the Colts too much credit for being this great ran team ala New England.

1) Very few players from the Manning playoff era are on that team.

2) Colts are a shitty franchise. They wasted Peyton's career and never built a team around him. They had a dominant D one season, and they won a Super Bowl that year. He had to carry abysmal defenses most of his career.

I've already said Cam's first two seasons were better than Luck's rookie year.

The Colts were also insanely Lucky last year, pun intended, actually being outscored on the year by more than the Panthers, yet having an 11-5 record compared to 7-9. Crazy.

Luck beat Seattle, San Francisco, and Denver; arguably the 3 best teams in the NFL.

Newton beat the 1-10 NYG/Vikings.

You should know already objectivity is nonexistent when it comes to race. Luck have plenty of other white QBs to be compared with. Colts a perrenial playoff team before Luck got there. I dont give a fug what anyone says, to this day I think Colts tanked for Luck. Too many Manning/Luck connections etc.

 

Irsay damn near came out and said he tanked for Luck last week.   I don't see how a multi-year playoff team just disappears when their QB went down.

 

The Irsay family are a bunch of snakes.  They should make a mini-series about them.  They did Baltimore wrong many years ago.  As an old Colt fan I remember it well.
