I was really high on Norman, but reality is that he sucks. He doesn't have the speed to play CB in the NFL and he knows it. Hence the huge cushions.

Norman struggle in a zone. Its certain coverages when to play, when not to play

 

If Norman goes to a team and they let him play man, bump coverage the way he likes to do, we'll regret it

Norman isn't capable of starting in this league. I don't think he even belongs in the nfl. I'd be surprised if he's on an nfl roster next season, much less ours.
