Still No Respect

From nfl.com.. instead of even just simply stating that the Panthers won today, it was a jab by saying we beat another bad team.

but it's true.

overall the panthers schedule has shaped up to be pretty cupcake. they'll get respect when they win in weeks 10-12.

i posted in another thread some time ago about how pathetic is it that the entire conference had to fall flat on it's face for the panthers to look like contenders.

To the OP

And on top of that, The NFL Network has not shown any Panther highlights (after the 1pm games), though I've seen Buffalo, Wash, Miami, etc., and other teams 2-3 times already. SMH

It's a conspiracy. When Cam plays good games or puts up good stats, they ignore him/the team (joke, joke). Lol.

Let's see what happens, if/when the Panthers go 4-3 this week (bad team or not, Tampa Bay beat Carolina 2x last  year)?????

Personally, I don't care. I just want to see the Panthers keep winning, and Rivera showing more guts/killer instinct. Despite the win, Rivera didn't. He needs to learn not to take the pedal off the metal and think every 3-15 pt lead is enough to run a cloud of dust up the middle to end 2nd halves or last quarters.

Quote from the article:

1. Someone needs to tell Rams cornerback Janoris Jenkins about spitting into the wind, ripping the mask off the old Lone Ranger, tugging on Superman's cape and talking trash to Steve Smith. Motivated by Jenkins' disparaging remarks about Smith's family, the Panthers' veteran receiver turned in his best game of the season. Smith became the 29th player in NFL history to reach 800 receptions. Before this game, Ted Ginn had been Carolina's best receiver.

did you see those games? they were competitive and good.

rarely does nfln play a bunch of highlights on blowout games.

OK, fair enough.

And yes, I did see those games, and they were good.

I know they will show the highlights at 7pm. To be quite honest, I didn't really think about them showing any blow out games (whether they did or didn't). But it sure seemed like they showed every other highlight except the Panthers. And I'm not one to normally cry about stuff like that.
