in 2008 when we were playing fuging awesome the aftermath of the loss to the giants on SNF was legendary. you'd have thought we'd just gone 0-16.

My reaction to both the Giants and Tardinals debacles was one of impending doom.  The best recent run we had had just ended before my very eyes and there was nothing to stop the bloodletting.  I took 'Zona especially hard...then we learned that Peppers essentially planned on leaving after the game and that made it worse.

 

I've moved six times, gotten published in three anthologies, and have taken up amateur filmmaking since we last had a playoff game.  The lack of progress in the years since with this organization just really saddens me.
