I guess I must have if you say so. Y'all are an emotional bunch.

PS: A perennial bottom dweller that doesn't win championships can't really have "haters."

i can't say i understand what any of that means or has to do with anything in this thread... which has become the norm of your non-contributions.

Like I said, the Rams defense can generate a pass rush, has some quality LBS, and above average corners. One of which Smith has had some trouble against.

We are going to need the OL (which I agree is a bigger need than WR) as well as LaFell and Ginn to step up Sunday. Are you confident in any recievier on this team not named Steve Smith or Greg Olsen? The game could come down to these two making a play.

unfortunately, their dline matches up better against our porous oline more so than our dline does theirs.  they have two very competent bookends in Long and Saffold.  Gonna need our DT's to get extra push in this one.

On offense, this to me is a team that matches up well against us.  They do have younger safeties, I think the rookie McDonald starts so with some good route combinations(like the Lafell TD), we can beat them on mix-ups.  The difference is, how do we get our run game going?  Will they play the run and force us to pass to eventually set up the run?  I love their coach and think he is a great football mind, so this chess match will be interesting.  Their DE's are sack motivated so we need to have a pocket for Cam to step up in as they like to go outside a lot, but with that in mind, run right at them early to tire them out a little.

I have bee pleasantly surprise, as have most of us with Ginn and feel we have different threats from across the field.  Will they send LBr's to blitz like the Cards?  I dont think they do that so we may have an extra second to develop those good route combinations.

I think the gameplan from the vikes fits perfect here... I think the fake off hand from Cam with 2 RB or Olsen and one goes out for a dump off helps Cam a lot. That and Cam legs moving opens things up because it keeps DE's honest. This coaching staff would be crazy to think we need something totally different

When you look at the current NFL, you see QB's by themselves in the backfield with multiple receiving options. We did that Sunday. Offensively we seem to move the ball well against anybody, its about putting TD's on that scoreboard in the redzone... NOT Fg's. Rivera finally notices that and they seem to be really working on it

I'd trade a 3rd for Nicks. Look if we want to win now we need to start making trades and stop just depending on the draft. Now I trust Gettleman in the draft, but the draft shouldn't be the only way we should improve team. Only person I'm worrying about stopping that is cheap Jerry.

I'd be happy to see us trade Stewart for Nicks. I think Nicks would be a very good addition and would give Cam a big time weapon. Though I can't see why the Giants would trade Nicks for Stewart unless they do not want to re-sign Nicks, and also see Stewart becoming their lead back for years to come.

Not sure what Nicks is worth picks wise, but that could be an alternative way to acquire him.

Only question is how much will his new contract cost?

Why do you folks insist on calling Jerry Richardson, cheap?  Did you ask him for $5 once and he turned you down?

Have you forgotten that he let Marty Hurney rape the salary cap during his last few years?
