I was watching them yes. Had #Dodgers on the t.v. and MNF on the computer.

I hate to support a dude trolling, but not even close. That Auburn team was nowhere near as talented as other SEC teams that have won titles. Cam willed them to the championship game, and Dyer dominated a weak Oregon front. Fairley was really the only other guy outside of Cam and Dyer that teams had to plan around....

 

I dont know if I want to be sarcastic or not. Pickles was a damn good college QB.

 

My point is, Luck could've won Auburn a Championship too.

I actually forgot Fairley (C47 brought him up above) who was another force on that team. Still, he and a good RB don't take that team far and still don't go over .500 that season without Newton. You're forgetting the Iron Bowl comeback, the embarrassing of the Gamecocks, etc. Newton put that team on his shoulders.

Debatable. I don't think the Auburn Offense would suit Luck, and they didn't have the protection up front to run a regular drop back Offense. 

 

As for Clausen being a damn good college QB....I guess, I never was impressed with him honestly, and I saw most of their games. Golden Tate bailed him out a lot of the time....

No idea. I like Luck and would like him more if we didn't have posters try to use him to tear at our QB every other game. Luck is a really good QB with different strengths and weaknesses and was a monster in his own right in college.

 

I disagree that he could have piggybacked Auburn to a NC, but who knows.
