Coming to Carolina for the first time this week...

I will be flying from Washington state all the way to NC this Wednesday and will be staying till Monday (of course going to the panthers game on sunday) and was looking for some fun things to do/see and good places to eat (other than bojangles and cookout). Any tips on game day as well would be nice! Will be staying in center of charlotte so walking to the stadium won't bother me one bit. Thanks!

And just an fyi for those who can't find my old youtube account (Nflpantherso7)...Saint fans on there flagged it down so all my videos and work is now permanently gone. I made a new one though called Nflpanthers07media for those interested!

ANYWAYS, Keep Pounding!

If you're not at Cans:Recycled after the game then you've wasted a good trip to Charlotte for a home game.

Scarowinds, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Concord Mills Mall...

Seriously?

Quick, someone recommend a Bobcats game & his weekend will be perfect.

I think the NASCAR recommendations were jokes.

You recommended Asheville. You have no room to talk. "hey guys I'm staying uptown"

"drive several hours to Asheville."

A) It's 90 minutes, not several hours.

B) Asheville > Charlotte

2 hours and 11 minutes from the stadium per Google.... taking 74, a way that someone from out of state would NOT take (GPS would take him 77 to 40, which would be several hours)

Oh.. and there are no live Panthers games in Asheville

That is the only interesting thing Charlotte has. Yet there are 365 days in a year. Panthers only play on 8 of those.

I don't think lilsmitty, who is 21 if that, has any desire to go to Asheville on a 4 day Charlotte excursion.  I stay at the Biltmore twice a year and it is just my speed (says the 46 year old stuffy fart).  The kid wants to live a little, he doesn't want to sample goat cheese and watch two females braid each others' armpit hair.

The stereotypes ITT are hilarious.

I was born & raised in Charlotte, went to college there, and lived there for a few years after college. I love my hometown but Asheville is nicer. Also, the chicks are hotter here.

Since we're stereotyping....

In Charlotte, for every hot blonde the are 5 obese, single black women with multiple kids.
