objective?

I want Cam to be the guy you moron!!

My three year old had a Cam jersey last year and a new one to fit this year. he has the black LS #1 tee as well this year. I think the guy is lights out talented.

He is not anywhere near where I thought he would be at this point. I have given him plenty of rope. He keeps hanging me with it. I don't care if you think he is the best thing going or not. I just do not agree.

He's am immensely talented former rookie of the year quarterback who isn't even midway through his third season yet.

But apparently he should already be fully developed like a ten year vet.

Nah.  he will never be a back up.  Not consistent enough to be a game manager.  He is a starter or a bust.  Jury is still out on which.

hoping for the former.  I would like to think he can be great for us but I don't trust it yet.  He's burned me twice already

What's it to you that he fails? How does his failure make your life satisfactory? The least you could do is let us know that you're another team's fan so maybe we know where you're coming from. If you're  a Carolina fan yet you want Cam to fail then there is one conclusion, you're probably a racist who don't like black QBs. Which one is it? What's your angle, son!

The Giants would not take Cam for Eli right now.

The truth remains

its one game girlfriend... don't puff that chest out too much.  You've seen what he's capable of just like the rest of us.

lol.  The NYG would probably not trade Eli for any QB right now, unless they could reverse that trade at the end of the season :P

the difference is you think he will develop into that vet and I think we will see 7 more years like the first three.  The things that need to be changing are not changing.  It is not any better than it was.  Frankly I have no clue where the hope springs from.  I guess you were happy with year one.  I wasn't.

that doesn't even make any sense.

the year Jake took us to the bowl he played on a level that Cam has not even dreamed about.  I'm not a jake fan at all.  I never was.  But despite his utterly inept athletic ability in comparison to Cam he was lights out something better than Cam has shown.

Its called doing it week in, week out.  Managing the game and letting your weapons do work.  Let Cam do it when it matters and we'll talk again.

Jake had a young Steve Smith and a solid Mushin...plus other weapons at RB and wide reciever.   Back in the day and even some today, Smith made Jake look like a Hall of Famer...

Football is a team game and if you're looking for a Brady, Brees or Rogers...good luck.  The only thing that needs to change is the coach having some guts to go for the win....that's it, stop panicking.  Keep training Cam to accept what the D gives you...if you can't see the improvement in Newtons game I can't help that but it's obvious.

And they had to make a stop because Cam and the offense could not manage anything in the 2nd half. One stat line was 7 plays for 7 yards and a FG.

Defense gave him short fields and he did not get it done.

Go back to watching girls field hockey... That is more your speed.

You moronic little fugtard

Yes you idiot. The defense is SUPPOSED to make a stop with under 2 minutes and the other team has a rookie qb and no TOs. This team has invested TOO much on defense for our defense to lose the game like that.

Every time I read your post it is filled with moronic assumptions and illogical conclusions. Then again it may just because you are indeed an idiot

The Buffalo game was absolutely on Cam and the offense. The defense hot turnovers inside the Bill's 30 twice...and the offense could not manage a td. Score a td on either of those series and the game was won.

The Seattle game was just one if two great defenses against two pretty good offenses. It was a defensive slugfest where Seattle was able to make a couple if plays and we came up just short. I have no heartburn over that loss other than it was within our grasp.

Can't say I agree on the Buffalo game. You can always do more on offense, but at the end of the day we were in a position that we should have won that game.

I mean by this logic you could counter by saying if Can didn't have 2 passing TDs we would have lost by more than 1.

Lol, tossing out insults doesn't make you a football expert...the Panthers are 2-3 and probably should be 3-2.  3-2 would be on schedule in my opinion given a new OC and a conservative coach.  Give it a couple of weeks, this is the Cam/Rivera year to make a difference, we shall see.

Stop obsessing over a poor performance, Shula seems to be mixing some of Chuds stuff with some new things....

Buffalo game 2nd half: 22 called rushes, 13 called passes.

Yeah, I can see how you can lay the bad offense in the 2nd half of the Buffalo game at Cam's feet.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
