Someone asked me to post this from the game day menu.

Notes: You don't have to transfer it to the oven or use a dutch oven. I use a large deep pan with a cover with a stem vent hole in it. Cook as it says, when you get to where it says to transfer it to oven, just cover and turn down the heat to medium low for 25-30 mins. I use a whole lime cut into quarters, squeeze 2 in after it cooks, stir, then squeeze the other 2, stir again; comes out awesome.
