I feel like Carruth cursed this team, every other week now someone dies or someone related to the team we are playing dies. Tom Coughlin's brother falls out of a taxi cab the week they play us and dies. Everyone remembers Jovan Belcher last year. I can think of this happening 7 times off the top of my head over the last year 3-4 years.

 

I don't understand how someone could do this to a small child, hope he spends his life in jail.

Peterson was put on earth to do one thing: run the football. In his interview he mentioned that he uses football to release his stress and frustration.  I'm sure he has all sorts of rage and frustration built up right now. He might rush for 300 yards on sunday. I hope all of our DBs are healthy because there is going to be some trucking going on. Glad we don't have naka out there anymore; that might have been fatal.

From what I read they are taking him off life support this evening & he isn't expected to survive. Barring a miracle, there's little reason to stay. Better to release that anger & grief on the field than staying there & possibly doing something stupid.
