Our receiving crew is truly awful. I mean putting that perspective on it is a hard hit.

Free-Agent wise, we've given Cam:

Legedu Naanee

Louis Murphy

Domenick Hixon

Tedd Ginn Jr.

I mean the FA is where it's easy to identify who can help you out because of the sampling from other teams and we've given Cam crap.

Really, we've given Cam these freaking wideouts to help him out and at the most drafted Joe Adams and Pilares. It's just flat out wrong.

Naanee isn't even in the league anymore, and Murphy is doing squat in NY.

As for Hixon, funny thing about it is he was supposed to come right in and take the #3 spot or possibly even push Lafell. Instead, Ted Ginn, who was supposed to have minimal impact at receiver is outplaying them all at this point. While Hixon is a professional bench warmer.

When you add in the fact that all of our receivers except Steve Smith are free agents next year, it isn't going to get much better very soon.

The last two offseason a should have been about helping Newton out. Instead he's gotten band aids so Rivera could build his defense.

In fairness, the 2012 draft was just a DG draft. Wasn't really for RR or Cam.

I am a firm believer, and DG has already admitted they disagreed on top picks, RR wanted the TE for Cam. DG wanted to build his NY DL and the rest of the picks were looking ahead at 2014 and meshed with roster dumps

I'm sure he realizes that we need to upgrade on offense.  This offseason coming up will be either monumental in turning the franchise around or monumental in sending it deeper into a downward spiral.  I think you are going to see some major decisions being made either way, and that includes decisions with Cam's next contract.

So basically what me and others have been preaching all year but get labeled as Camfans. When I look at this team play it's clear Cam isn't holding this team back. He's not the problem and he can be part of the solution, but the talent around him has declined since his rookie year.

Uh nope you're still a fanboy. This season, the whole team has shat the bed, including Cam. Cam should elevate this team regardless of the talent around him if he is to be great. Everyone you fanboys claim Cam needs more talent it makes me think of an average QB, all the greats elevate teams. Granted Cam is young but he isn't exactly headed in that direction. We have recievers open, and Cam is not getting it to them. His accuracy sucks, so does his desicion making and staring down receivers. Plenty of issues with him as a QB and fanboys just make excuses for it, clearly just fuging stupid.

I do believe Cam as well as the whole team can benefit from better coaching, but it is just plain stupid to say we should have been helping Cam, over the two full seasons hehas been here he has broke passing records and scored like 30 points agame, you don't dothat without weapons, you don't have an attacking offense without weapons like we did. Cam had enough to win with talent wise for two years break records and come close to winning games, but now all of a sudden he isn't being helped. Main thing that has changed is the coaching, and really the only area I see that can be a valid point.
