The QB will always get the lion's share of the blame, especially a third year QB. I was very forgiving of Cam during his rookie year and even in his second 'sophomore slump' season. But many including myself have agreed that year three is where the excuses need to be put aside and winning was a must. So, he gets some criticism from me based on our record thus far.

Cam does deserve some of the blame but some of our play calling is terrible too

 

6 times  i've seen on 3rd and 3 or less, our dumbass OC runs 10-15 yard routes for all  receiving option on the field

 

ive seen CB give Ginn a 10 yard cushions and all they have Ginn run is go routes( need to audible and run slants or in routes)

 

ANd our  terrible terrible coach will not change the gameplan at all 

 

ex. at half against the Cards we ran the same plan as in the first half( no adjustments)= 60 total yards in the second half

 

Cards HC Arians  adjusts his gameplan to what he saw on the field in the first half= 19 second half points and a win

 

How about running the Ball in the 1st half 14x for 5.3 per carry. Then only running it 6x in the 2nd half while still in a close game. By comparison the Cardinals had no success running the ball in the 1st half so they doubled their run plays in the 2nd half.

 

For a team that wants to be know as a power running team they change scheme and game plans real quick.

1. Titans - Kenny Britt, Nate Washington, Kevin walters and Kendall Wright have all put up season better then our 2nd 3rd and 4th Wr ever have.

 

2. Vikings - Greg jennings, Jerome simpson, are both better then our 2nd, 3rd and 4th WR. Plus they have Young WR's like Patterson, Childs and Wright. And since their supporting Cast inculdes the best RB in the NFL you Look real stupid right now if you think Cam wouldn't trade for that group.

I wouldn't even take those receivers on my fantasy squad, let alone a real nfl team..
