Resign Ginn..lock him in

I still disagree about Smith. I believe he can still play at a high level. He had 60yds which isn't being shut down at all. If he has that TD pass and refs don't cheat him out of that 15 yd catch that's an 80 yd game.

People just like to panic and say he's not good anymore because Peterson is the young stud who made a nice pick on an under thrown ball. Old Steve wouldn't have done anything different on that play.

I'm not saying LaFell is a #2 WR but the teams know what they have in him. We can all speculate how good he is on the forum but the Panthers know who the hell LaFell is. They don't have the excuse that he isn't a good enough #2 because they put him there. And if he's not we don't seem to be doing anything about it. We aren't getting other guys involved. Hell fuggin Barner didn't even get a carry yesterday.

He only needs to average like 63 yards a game for a 1k season, which is pretty darn good for a 34 yr old.

Ginn and LaFell are both ok receivers, not superstars but both bring something to the table.  I say offer them both around the same as Jacoby Jones got 2yr 6.5 mil whichever takes the offer first gets to stay.  Or have them fight in the thunderdome for a contract...

smith is fine just like cam will be it's one bad game there human it will happen once in a while, dwill had one at the beginning of the season although not a bad game, along with luke against buffalo, no not a bad game by him but a crucial bad play.

the other guys like lafell, bell, fua, armond smith have consistently week in and out play bad but still get PT these are the guys who should be getting demoted

Smith struggles against top CBs....bc he is no longer a #1.

The issue isn't Smith's game....bc he is old. He is suppose to be losing multiple steps. Issue is we never replaced him (his role) and his is still a #1.

Ginn has been ok but let's not carried away.

I think he's a great 4th or so WR to have given his PR/KR abilities.  We still basically need an entire receiving corps

I think we should resign Ginn. Move on from LaFell. Sign Nicks. Keep Steve.

Draft 1st 3 rounds:

1. OT

2. WR

3. TE

i disagree he's still a number one just not an elite one, he still gets open but Cam doesn't lock on to him he's usually scanning the field or giving other receivers chances. Lafell is not the anwser at the 2 spot we need to draft a guy to eventually take smith spot this upcoming draft

A little too early to be extending anyone I would think. But, Ginn is the type of player that we need on this team. He plays with a chip on his shoulder and a lot of heart. His return skills are very valuable unto themselves, but who knew that he could actually be a viable piece to the team beyond special teams?

That was a rhetorical question in case you didn't get it.
