Psst... Panthers win the next 3

fug it, just win.  I thought we gave away the chance to get Star with our winning stretch at the end of last season and we still got him.

I didn't think we would have a shot at Star either. His heart condition was our lucky break.

Our players appear to be unfocused, and our coaching staff is outclassed. I still want wins, but losing has a silver lining that gives me something to look forward to.

I know it's emo up to your butt hole in here right now, but I honestly believe the panthers win in Minnesota, home against St Louis and in Tampa Bay.

We will be 4-3 heading into November. I don't think we are a playoff team, but I don't think we are a 1-15 team either. W are a 6-10 team and a few of those wins are coming up

/cool story bro

Nevermind, I am going to go back and read the "12 reasons it is a great time to be a Panthers fan"

I am pretty picky with my propaganda

Before the Giants game I posted that 0-16 was a possibility. After the Giants game I didn't really know what to think of this team. Now it's crystal clear that we're one of the worst teams in the NFL. We're better than the Giants and the Jags, but other than that it's either a dogfight, or a blowout.

I don't even care if we win the next 12, I'm still fuging tired of whatever the hell is going on with this team.  I don't even know how to explain how emotionless I was watching the second half of this game.

This team has made absolutely zero progress since 2011.  I'll still watch, but whatever... I'm tired of caring about them.

At this point, who cares. Really, I'm pretty much done with the entire organization.

I have always liked RR and have always been one of his biggest supporters. I have always thought he was on the cusp of bringing everything together but I now know that he is one of those guys that will never be able to produce at that level. Being a "player's" coach means walking a fine line between doing what's best for for a player vs for the team and I don't think Rivera can separate the two enough to get the wins.

And there is JR who I have never been particularly fond of. First from his insistence on placing that damn NFL logo in place of the Panther's logo (it just tells me he cares more about the NFL organization than the Panther's fans), then there was the overpaying the players after the strike (and please don't tell me that was all Hurney because it wasn't) which we are still suffering through to say nothing of keeping the fact that he kept Fox around causing us fans to suffer through that bullshit season simply because he didn't want to have to pay him not to work.  I could go on for paragraphs but I don't really think I would be saying anything that hasn't already been said. I'll just finish my diatribe off with saying JR is a much a cause of this mess as anyone else. If the buck stops with Rivera on the field, than the buck stops with JR overall.

I'm also not sold on any of the players like I was in Jake's early years here because I don't believe anyone of them can step up and take over a game. Jake wasn't the best QB but you could always count on him when the chips where down. I never felt we were completely out of a game when he played. And while Peppers didn't leave on good turns, when he played, you always had the hope that he would do something spectacular like block a field goal. Who on offense right now do you trust to take over a game- definitely not Newton as he has never "won" a game for us in the final seconds, Smitty used to be that player but he's past his prime now. So who does that leave? No one as far as I am concerned.

So at this point, I am sure I will still watch the games - but I won't go out of my way to. I won't schedule my Sundays around the games any longer, I won't get too excited if they win because I know it is only temporary nor will I get too down when they lose because I fully expect it. What a mess!

Wins are fun and always welcome, but we need high draft picks to rebuild this dumpster fire.

I understand what you are saying but this is the same kind of mentality that has lead the Panthers to 4 winning seasons over the past 18 years.  At what point does the rebuilding end, because we have been in rebuild mode basically since 2003.

Inferior coaches, poor drafting, and silly contracts led to 4 winning seasons of the past 18 years.

Rebuild, or burn it down, whatever the new coaching staff and GM wants.
