Nice argument, except the AND Elway part

So all you need is Elway and you can win with a horrible QB and a lousy coach?

COOOOOL.

the most winning coach in panther's franchise goes to another franchise and wins even more...and people still can't give him credit.

This. People love their players so much, they can rarely see that they are as much to blame as the coach is. As seen right now, thinking Cam is the best QB in the NFL and Rivera is the sole reason we suck.

Rivera is the biggest reason we suck. Nowhere near the only reason.

And who said Cam is the best?

A new coach might improve Cam a bit. Coaching does help. Cam has improved, but not as much as some would like. Some of this is coaching, some of this is lack of help (OL/WR), and some of it is Cam.

It's been said on here that Rivera has failed to make adjustments within the game, DURING the game. It's adapt or lose in the NFL - just like it is in life. He's not teaching Cam anything good when he makes mistakes like that. I get that no one is perfect, but making adjustments in a timely manner after mistakes is essential. And I just don't see Ron getting that done.

Tom Sorensen @tomsorensen 39m

Yes, receivers dropped passes and Cam went very bad. But Panthers never figured out how to negate Ariz rush. Had to act. Never did.

I hate quoting Sorensen...

but he's right.

right there is why we lost that game, simple and plain.

I actually thought it was Wharton's fault, but kudos to Kalil for shouldering blame.

Well he said it was a communication issue and took responsibility.....it was one of them. Kalil may of just taken the blame just cuz
