I have never once said anything negative about Cam Newton, but...

Every time Cam struggles, it's same clowns who show up beating the same tired drum.

When he doesn't struggle? Crickets. They are nowhere to be found.

People out there want him to fail. It is appalling, but a sad truth.

To be honest...even after 38-0 I still offered a critique of Cam.....AND OTHER PLAYERS...the fact is you only respond to those who speak negatively of anything Cam does..why is this?

Your joke was racist, and flat out ignorant. Then you tried to wiggle out of it by claiming it was a joke. Didn't work.

Go ahead and throw in the towel Swaggasaurus.

It was a joke...and you said my feelings were hurt...you were acting like the butthurt little girl being all like "oh hey that's not right, prepare for the ban" sounds like something hurt you.

Cam needs to lift his team in the classic sense of a team leader. He needs a confidence-arrogance about him compared to his current swag-arrogance. the greatest players of all time, regardless of position were focused/tenacious in their pursuit of success. watch videos of lawerence taylor, walter payton, joe montana, dick butkis, reggie white, jerry rice. their play and focus on winning and imposing their presence on the field. leading by the mentality that if youre a professional football player in this league, it takes personal determination and preparation well beyond those in college and certainly high school. Peyton manning is the perfect embodiment of this.

Cam can be better than peyton manning. his physical capabilities are clearly superior. what separates him is mannings unmatched focus. if cam is losing its on him for not preparing. if cam knew within himself that hes properly prepared to score on every drive, he would be a proactive force on the sideline. the leader would naturally come out of him. Did his receivers drop passes? obviously. but his resolve should never falter. this game was as more winnable than our last loses. A cam filled with conviction would be unmatched

Looks like I've struck a nerve and proven my point if you are resorting the name calling.

Your private message where you threw up the white flag pretty much negates any "butt hurt" accusations you make here. Sorry.

There was no white flag...you accused me of being a racist...I PMed you instead of derailing the thread to discuss that ridiculous allegation.

You claimed it wasn't a racist post, then proceeded to make gay jokes about anyone who dared to question you.

For someone who claims not to be ignorant, you sure do go out of your way to appear as such.

LOL...I personally like Romo and hope Cam can become that. I love Cam and want him to be the best, but I have never seen a QB hold the ball for so long.

You must have not been watching the playoff game where Jake had six turnovers against the Cardinals.  On the strip sack, it took seven seconds for Darnell Dockett to run around the pocket formed by our o-line and circle back to strip Jake who was rotating the ball and licking his lips.  Seven step drops and play action plays take time to develop.  Then when recievers aren't open, then you can't just hurl the ball at their backs.  I personally would like to see more three step drops and quick throws, but I don't call the plays and neither does Cam Newton.

Don't agree. We're not letting him play to his strengths and that is coaching.

Did he make mistakes? Yes.

But the only questions i really have about him right now is how much autonomy the coaches are giving him... I don't think he's allowed to audible at all and I don't think they prefer him to make multiple reads. That leads me to question whether it is because he can't do it well or they just won't let him.

I agree.   What is Dorsey doing.  Is he not teaching him touch or something. If he would put a little Air under it.  Ginn runs away with a TD and Smitty beats Peterson.  It is awesome to throw a football on a frozen rope 40 yds.  It is also easier to pick off too.   Put some damn air under it and let those speedsters run under it.

That is my only grief with his play.
