Bullshit! We aren't talking rookies here. They are vets who are fuging up. Granted, G-man is ultimately responsible for the O-line, but there is no way you can put this type of loss on Rivera. No way!

Yeah how dare a veteran player fug up.

Rivera needs flawless execution to win.  Period.

Nonsense.

A good coach would have this team undefeated right now with the talent on the team. He would have them prepared, confident, disciplined.

Panthers fans have not had decent coaching in so long they forget how important it is.

The players do deserve a lot of the blame.  I'll give you that.

But Rivera did a poor job gameplanning this one.  He should have anticipated what Arizona was going to throw at us.  It wasn't anything super innovative.  Honestly, just a standard game plan against a high pressure defense. but it was called and executed magnificently.  And yes, the numerous penalties do speak to a breakdown in discipline.

Of the coordinators, McDermott was worse than Shula on this particular game.  And our special teams, despite the presence of Bruce DeHaven, is still nothing special.

Had some bad breaks too (Amini going down pretty well killed the offense) but overall, it was just bad all around.

OK, you just want to argue. Does it make any fuging difference. It's total system failure, then.

No way. They allowed 13 points to the home team before slop time.

13 points even after the offense turned the ball over multiple times.

That should win every road game provided an adequate offense.

I'd agree, but I don't think the offensive woes were due to playcalling.

We have a substandard OL that got all that much worse when Silatolu went out.

Newton didn't look good today and threw some awful picks.

Receivers didn't do him any favors either.  There were some terrible drops, and too many of them.

OL, WR and CB all need improvements in personnel.

We just had what is likely the worst performance in the league this week. When there is really something to lose this team always lays down. Today's performance was another in a long line of examples of why this dysfunctional team can't win.

The oline was terrible, but this game was ultimately lost on Smitty and Lafell's drops. That took at least 10 points off the board and we lost by 9.

At 6-3 at halftime with those points left on the filed, you could see that AZ. was gaining the upper hand. Their defense is better than ours and that is what made the difference.

Rivera gets some blame but man did our OC and players lay an egg, I blame Rivera for letting fua and bell get playing time.......Shula for abandoning the run, Calling plays like Jesus and his disciples were our o line, and just not adjusting to what ARZ was doing defensively

Cam played a bad games simple....that doesn't mean he isn't the answer at qb,not by a long shot qb's have bad games every now and then

wr's once again let us down

oline played good except for a couple who should be left in ARZ

defense did there job

Gm gets a ? because hixon doesn't play and i'm not sure if he really believes this o line is good......besides that he has worked wonders this year
