Lots of QBs benefit from a fortuitous bounce here and there, including ours.

I'm sure someone will be along to explain how Luck actually played an absolutely terrible game and won only because of other factors

Obviously he didn't play terrible, but I will give it a shot just for the poo of it.

In the second half he was 5-13 for 29 yards and they only won because of 3 Denver turnovers and 12 Denver penalties for over a 100 yards.

How did I do?  :zoro:

Edit:  And by the way, when was the last time we really benefited by a fortuitous bounce?  Seems like the ball always bounces the wrong way for us.  Or at least when it counts most  :thumbsd:

We have a black cat mascot

But honestly, I'd say we had at least a few today.

U should know by now that the bar for Luck is set quite low. No one cares if he over or under throws his balls or if he has bad footwork. Unlike the other young QBs that have more than proven themselves, Luck was given his Franchised QB job by those in the media. It was up ro to him to lose it. QBs like Russel, Cam , RG iii, and Colin will still have to prove themselves until the same folks who gave Luck his free pass into NFL, say that they too are worthy. But none of them, no matter how good look and play will be seen as better than Luck.

Luck is good.  Seriously.  Stop with this crap.  You've spouted the same crap every day for over 2 years now.

No one gets a free pass into being the #1 pick of the fuging NFL draft.  Was he overhyped?  Yes.  Is he overrated?  Yeah, probably right now anyways.  But the dude is good--and this coming from a self-professed Luck "hater" last year (okay, I didn't hate him but I thought he kinda' sucked).

Luck played his usual dink and dunk game with occasional throwing mixed in there for good measures . Peyton was the one who showed his nerves and it was clear the Colts had his number. If he had benefitted from a fortuituous bounce here or there he would have been the one winning. Remember it was the Colts who had the Bronco by 19 in the 3rd quarter and all but made them win in the end.  Even the Announcers said that they wouldn't be surprised if the Broncos lost because Peyton's style of play with the Broncos was pretty much the same with the Colts.

Remember it was Peyton who took a team, Colts, that was pretty much in the dumps for  11 years and made them the team Luck now has, despite the BS the media is selling us.

Where did I say that Luck wasn't "good?" Please read. I said he's not being measured by the same stick QBs like Dalton, Cam, and other young QBs are measured with.

As a matter of fact, whenever asked who is a better QB at this point, Luck automatically goes to the head of the class without much reservations but not so with any of the other QBs. Their defense is that he's taken a bunch of "rag tag players and made the Colts a winning team. Hmmmm, are they talking about the same Colts team that was deep in the Play-offs 2010. But tanked their season when Peyton went down so they could get Luck? Let's be real, the Colts team was not the Panthers when they acquired Luck.

Also, I think you're talking about my peeve with how the media treated Blaine Gabbert, the other "chosen QB" who was never scrutinized by them. But they don't need to now,  I rest my case.

My argument has always been the selective manner in which these young QBs are judged by those in the media. I will continue to point out the obvious.
