Another glorious day for football and good eats.

- Popeye's chicken strips, fries and buttermilk biscuits.

- Local dive bar's buffalo wings with extra blue cheese.

- And finally a hot Cajun crab dip made in the oven. Recipe to come.

4:15 kick off--we have to wait 2 weeks and 3 grueling hours.  I am probably having some Turkey giblets, creamed corn, blue jello, and some Slim Jims.

Nah, I made grilled pork chops yesterday so I am going to have leftover grilled pork chop sandwiches.

If you have ever toured the facility where these babies are made, you will find that all 4 food groups are present in every one of them.   Those industrial sausage presses will take almost anything and convert it into a delicious treat. Kind of like Doc's car that was fueled by garbage in Back to the Future.

I dig it. Although I'm sure they give the term "Processed Food" a whole new meaning.

I don't get the appeal of Popeye's chicken.. it's just not that good.. my gameday menu is again a tenderloin and lobster tail.. lost my game buddy this week, so I'm eating 2 lobster tails

Never tries it before. Saw the Hodgetwin's video when they go to Popeyes. I gotta try it.
