The stat I like the most is presnap penalty count. We have 1. Those can kill a drive.

I guess maybe our "horrible O line" isn't so "horrible" after all.  Folks fail to realize that protecting the QB is just one facet of O line play.  So, while it is extremely important, it isn't the end-all-be-all of O line assessment.

We've only played three games. Of course we don't have many.

Through three games last year, we had 13 for 121 yards.

 

Through three games in 2011, we had 24 for 193 yards.

 

This year?  11 for 108 yards.  May be a small sample size, but still DRASTIC improvement if we keep on pace.

If Ron knew how to coach we would be 3-0 right now. The sad part is he may be a good coach 4 years from now but will we wait that long.

As much as everyone bitches at Ron's coaching he has at least taken control of the penalty aspect. I'm sure that penalties piss a coach off more than anything.

I've seen how we are winning this battle.  When you lose though its all for nothing.

Not necessarily.  If you play with discipline it is much easier to turn things around and begin to win then when you are losing and you are not disciplined either.
