Call of Duty: Ghost

Don't know if that was directed at me, but I never said Battlefield wasn't the same thing, I mean there's only so much you can do in the FPS war genre (which Battlefield 3 was a huge upgrade to Bad Company 2, or more specifically, Battlefield 2 but okay whatever) I said it blows Call of Duty out the water.  More specifically, I said it makes CoD look like its retarded step-brother.

I understand some people may not like Battlefield because of how huge it is sometimes (though there are smaller maps and deathmatch modes... you can ignore all the huge poo altogether) lol but if you don't see how much of an upgrade and further along it is than CoD, especially the last two CoDs since BF3 came out... then I don't really know what to say.

Activision has been running the same damn engine with the same character models just (sometimes) slightly updating the overlays and not even the slightest gameplay enhancements since 2007.  fuging 2007.  But hey, you get 3 new maps (and for whatever reason lose the old ones just so they can re-add them later and recharge you for them) and a few new guns which are a carbon copy of the ones from the last game, just a different name so it's a $60 well spent I guess.

That is nothing but cheap business, it's sorry business practice.  My bad for blasting them and telling it like it is, but poo like that kills the market as a whole, next thing you know everyone wants to be the next Call of Duty and you get the same wool over the eyes repetitive poo.  Rinse and repeat.

you really can't compare the two. they're each based around entirely different game play mechanics. only similarity is they're both war FPS games.
