Uniforms

So the Panthers were voted as the leagues best uniform, and I completely agree. I loved our logo and team colors since the first time I saw them (sometime in '94 I think). The only thing I am not crazy about is the font that is used for the word "Panthers", I liked the old style better. So, what team do you guys think have the worst uniforms. I have always hated the Browns helmet and team colors, you just couldn't get more dull. However, the new Dolphins logo and team colors are just HORRID. I have always thought that the aqua/orange combo worked well together, but now, the fins may have the worst logo, colors and overall uniform arrangement of any team in football. And mean in the NFL, college, Area league, Canadian, even high school. I think a five year old with a box of crayons could create something better than that.

BTW, does anybody know why the Stealers only have their logo on one side of the helmet?

I like Miami, most of the young folk do but the olds hate it with a passion. I think the bucs unis are pretty ugly.. browns of course.. Tenn is pretty bad.. new jags helments idk who came with that idea...

for the best I like Carolina of course.. The teal jerseys are filthy.. The all black is pretty dangerous.. Black and silver pants are badass.. I like Oaklands too.. kinda similar. black numbers and silver outlines. I like that denver switched the main to orange. the bills are beautiful. I think new england should switch to the old like the bills.. the old patriot could be pretty nice. Green Bay is always classic looking. Vikings idk... somedays I think they look badass.. others look like some IKEA kinda stuff.

Guess I'm an old, LOL, but to me their uni's remind me of someone getting seasick on a Carnival cruise ship, after a night of drinking blue motorcycles and eating orange jolly ranchers.

We didn't win a legit contest. Bears white/navy away unis are the best in football.

We won fair and square. People always like the Bears uni's because of heritage but they really aren't that great looking, or the best imo. They need to change their helmet color to a dark metallic blue to give it some jive. The dark blue just looks bland.

The Panthers uni's are the best in football. Then Bengals, Buccaneers, Broncos, Redskins, and Bears uni's, all in no order for me.

I think the jaguars uniforms look pretty stupid. The Seahawks uniform has too much going on and  NE/Buffalo have always had a pretty boring uniform. Atlanta's uniform is weak too.

the new Dolphins uni's need orange piping on the pants and #'s.

i like the Bills look. Seattle's has grown on me.

i just wish the Browns would put a C on the helmet and I'm fine.Come on Pitt'sburgh, you can afford another logo on the helmet.

Jax looks like Salvador Dali did the uni's.

    • his height, size and arm will forever cause problems and limitations...that is what it is.  I think to a degree, the law of averages is just coming into play a bit with him.  So as he plays more and more, you just flat out get the decent days mixed in too.  Which is just going to happen.
    • Good point. He's definitely better in 10-15 yards. I think that's his biggest improvement. But he wasn't 3-10 +15, he was 3-7, with at least one drop (minor but still). And with multiple passes at 14 yards completed. This passing chart doesn't look like at By one, lol. He threw more "deep" passes than Mahomes (NOT comparing him to Mahomes in a skill way lol), or at least more beyind 10 yards.
    • Karlaftis and Danna have been pretty inconsistent so teams have been doubling Jones and able to contain their pass rush.   But the good thing is that yesterday, we schemed well against Steve Spags Defense, Canales married the surrounding personnel with his QB through play designs within his comfort zone and was able to get downfield at will.  He was able to execute higher difficulty throws and look a lot more comfortable.  It tells me that Canales has a good system in mind, and had an edge gameplanning wise against Spagnuolo - which is nice to see.  It's a bit to see-saw at times with either going way too pass heavy or way too run heavy, but I think he's finding out what works.  It takes time to have it come together, and sure, I could see regression happen against a better front-7, but this was good for the entire system gelling.
