After week 3 NFC will still be wide open.

One at a time, but the next four all look really winnable at this point, especially having the extra week to prep for the toughest foe at Arizona.  We really need to go at least 3-1 in these four since November looks tough at this point, although I would love for SF and the Harbaugh ego to implode upon themselves.

Sophomore slump don't seem so impossible anymore does it?

I don't know about you. But we could see this coming a mile away with Griffin and Kaepernick (though the season is still young). And of course, one of them had to lose when Luck played San Fran today.

I'm even hearing folks on TV and the radio mention, that 'RG3 is an average to below average QB when you take away the run (though of course, ESPN wants to keep making excuses about his injury, even though they helped rush him back)'. Shoot, some of us been saying that from day one about RG3's pocket ability (or lack of it)!!

So far my predictions of this season have been right. I said RG3 was most likely to be exposed followed by Kaep.

As far as us, I hope Rivera continues doing what he did today and not go back to his old self since he saved his job. We could be a dangerous team in the NFC if he continues this, but I'm not feeling very confident that he will though.

You know RG3's got most of his yards during UBER GARBAGE TIME, and Kaepernick got his against Green Bay's horrible secondary. So it's obvious, Kaep can't throw against a decent defense.

But I didn't expect (check my previous post on the subject) San Fran to necessarily have a good year (Kaep being one of the reasons). So I'm not shocked.

I hope he/they keep losing and putting up putrid stats, so all this hype can be put in perspective, and Cam's first two seasons can be held in it's proper regard (even though Rivera held him back from getting more yards in his first two years).

"We played a less than mobile QB and our front 4 looked great. There has to be some nervous pocket passers out there"

I've been saying this all week. just wait till we get to one of those stand in the pocket QBs...good things will happen.
