Carolina Panthers Fans....

Will always be this way. Psl's are owned by businesses. Those businesses give out tix to clients and employees. There will always be a large number of opposing fans in those seats until the panthers start winning.

Just the way it is.

Bashing those of us that are paying to be there and cheering our asses off is getting old and tired.

Well, if that is how it works in NC, then so be it.

No matter how bad the Giants play, you will not have more opponents team in the stands unless it really gets that serious.

I for one am of the opinion that the OP has a valid point, generally speaking.  I go to three or four games a year now, dropping four to five hundred bucks per, and the crowd at this one, despite the fact that we dominated point-wise by the largest margin in team history, was an absolute embarrassment overall.  The place probably had 8 to 10 thousand empty seats across the board, and they laughably announce the umpteenth 73,000 seat sellout.  I took pics of the stands starting around 15 minutes before KO through the first half.  Until the second half, when it became obvious this was likely going to be a Panthers blowout, the Giants fans (and there were a gazillion of them) were consistently louder, and also at the right times, than our fans were.  I am not that much into a ton of screaming (my wife would disagree for sure), but I am 100% certain there were two or three times I was heard throughout the stands when there should have been a huge amount of ruckus going on.  The stadium announcer was even hinting for the fans to make some noise on defensive 3rds, but to little or no avail many times.  The players were giving plenty of cues with arms waving too, also often ignored.  Finally, a word about between snap "activities."  There are FAR TOO MANY damn advertisements and goofy other things that interrupt the flow or momentum of the game for the crowd, and I wouldn't be surprised if it affected the players sometimes as well.  A couple actually ran into our own snap counts.  Oh, and BTW, the music really sucks, and has for the last few years.  TC's were looking good.

TLDR:  Our crowd def could be better, especially on a day like today.

The reason the seats are empty is irrelevant. Doesn't matter if it is Panther's fans leaving, or the fact that half the stadium was Giants fans, either outcome is pathetic. The fact that that stadium isn't packed wall to wall with Panthers fans proves my point.

you don't live around charlotte, do you?

75% of the local population is from new york

Got news for u. The 40% empty was the giants fans leaving.

Panther fans enjoyed this one. Take your pissing and moaning to another board.

Very true.  There were A LOT of Giants fans.  It reminded me of a Steelers game.  I'm glad the Giants never got anything going because it would have gotten loud ... for the wrong reasons.  That said, the Panther fans were fired-up today.  Even the wine & cheese sections were giving the Giants' fans grief.

Gotta love people giving our fans grief after they watch the game on tv.

I work mostly 6 day weeks, sometimes 7 days a week.  Can't buy tickets till I know what my schedule will be.

Seriously ... there are plenty of scalpers and tickets up to kickoff.  You can get good seats at face value or less.  When the Panthers start winning again, that will change.

Crowd was rowdy as hell for the panthers. I was moping my way to the stadium and was just not really looking forward to the game. I can't speak for all but I can tell you one reason why I was loud and obnoxious towards Giant fans.

It pissed me off seeing all these Giant fans pile into the stadium. I was determined to talk poo and be loud, and it wasnt just me.

My section was 60/40 and the giant fans were shut the fug up.
