Browns looking to deal Little and Gordon

Difference being Gordon is a rookie and this is his first game starting, and he has Hoyer for a quarterback...

???

Uh Gordon isn't a rookie, this is his second season and this is far from his firt game starting.

And I've already had my share of crow about LaFell, that being said Gordon would be a HUGE improvement still.

Our First, Beason, LaFell for Haden and Gordon

We will get the shutdown corner and #2 who we'd look for with our first anyways.

Cleveland is stacking up for the future and us starting out not so great the 1st would entice them.

Nicks price tag sure is dropping grab him this offseason. Nicks Gordon move Smith to the slot with Olson. Cam will have plenty weapons to play with.

Keep dreaming.

They aren't about to give up a stud CB and their best young player for a 1st, an injury-prone aging LB, and a decent-at-best WR.

How does that help them rebuild?

Beason and LaFell do nothing for them.

How it helps them rebuild? If they don't win the bridgewater stakes, they could still have Clowney or another top QB to snag with their top pick. Many still think we will have a top 15 pick. Could have that franchise WR to go with the young Franchise QB. Still would have colts first where they could replace Haden then still have the multiple picks they have rounds 2-4 to fill holes.

It would be pretty enticing for them.

It's a wildly unrealistic trade. Just no.

Gordon is very, very enticing, though. Mathieu went in the third, and they're essentially in the same situation. Talented, trouble player. Has to be worth at least that.

Trading away their 24-year old proven shut down CB for the a 1st round pick where they MIGHT get a solid replacement.  Sounds soooo enticing.

Trent has injury concerns and it's much easier to find a replacement at RB than it is to find a shutdown CB.  Getting a 1st for Trent makes sense for them.

They are likely looking to deal Gordon because of his off-field issues (and the return they could potentially get).

They have absolutely no reason to trade Joe Haden and I can guarantee they will not.

Marty Hurney doesn't work here anymore, so we're not trading away our first rounders.

And I seriously doubt the Browns would take that trade anyway.

I can dream that we are the team that made the offer.  With an outstanding win today, and a game we should have won last week, this team might look at film and see the impact that Gordon would have here for Cam.  With an extra week to get him up to speed, it could be the Irsay-like move that the Colts brass has been making lately to improve the team however they can.  The long term gain of not having to go WR in the first few rounds of the draft, nor getting into a bidding war in free agency for a bonafide WR is worth the gamble.  Cam needs another weapon despite how Lafell and Ginn played today.  Come one G-Man....lets make this happen!  That double move he pulled today in Minny was sick.

I really want Gordon too. Then we can go OLine in the first round in the draft. Gordon has proved he can play.

But as far as the team that offered something, my best guess is the 49ers or Patriots. Brady could use a reciever and the 49ers offense has been brutal the last two weeks.
