Too much pressure on Cam Newton to win

I have to deal with it a lot as well. I tell my friends stop watching Espn after we lose every show is a Cam bashing after every single loss.

They've even started to turn on RG3 the media is a bunch of bandwagon idiots. They only love you if you win and if RG3 doesn't start winning he's going to get the Cam treatment. Really sad because guys like Sam Bradford, Jake Locker, and Christian Ponder get to hide.

RG3 has been terrible these first two games. His stats don't look bad, but if you actually watched the games he has been terrible until the games were way out of hand and playing pitch and catch against prevent defenses.

Those last three quarterbacks you mentioned do get to play terrible with no repercussions.  WRs want out of Titan country bad, Ponder is the obvious weak link, and Sam Bradford is steady earning mediocre status.

They are talking about Cousins starting on ESPN now.  This is two weeks after airing "The WIll to WIn".  I just don't understand why Panther fans cannot see these inconsistencies.  They say they never watch ESPN, but all of their opinions are super similar to their analysts.

Sooo, some mod found it necessary to ban me because I opened a thread about Chip Kelly? And I see other similar threads on here? Power drunk much?

Anyways, according to Ron;

Maybe the pressure is getting to Cam. Which is not a bad thing.

Only a Panther fan would think that way . Other team fans would think that it's time for the rest of the team to step the fug up. Sad!!!

Have you watched the game today? The interception was on him not LaFell and the two long passes were both off enough that he is lucky they were not caught by the defense.

I'm watching the game. The Int was on Lafell. He was behind the defense. u know where your QB is going to throw the ball. Why are you a step behind the defense? Only Panthers fans believe their QB should do more while the receivers do so little.

The one in the end zone was Cam's fault because it didn't have much of an arch but LaFell was out of step.

Newton threw the ball way too late and it was across the entire field, no the interception was not on LaFell.

Perhaps you need a reminder of what poor accuracy looks like:

I suggest you watch Josh Freeman against The Patriots right now.

One good throw does not make up for an entire game of being off. The corner throw to LaFell was great because Newton threw to a spot instead of a player. I'd like to see more spot passing from him before I'll crown him an accurate passer.

Hmm, it wasn't across the field. The defense took one step back and caught the ball. Lafell was behind him.

Some of you are so zoned in on everything Cam that you can't see what the other players are doing. Cam throw that ball into the endzone flat. That was on him but that ball that was thrown across was Lafell his.

You're lost my friend. Go back and watch the interception again, you're thinking of the wrong play.

You can't throw to a spot like that unless the defender has it back to the play or out of position.  You do that any other time and you are asking for an INT.
