You know why people bash cam instead of the team? Because fans here defend him all the time for better or worse. You did it with Jake and know you are doing it with Cam. Yes football is a team sport so stop acting like Cam cant make mistakes. He is, so is a lot of players on the team.

Cam makes a lot of mistakes but I think more should be done to improve the level of coaching and talent around him before we move on from our #1 overall pick. That's my opinion and I think it's a view shared by many other panthers fans.

I really think that the trash cans are going to help. The coaching staff has recognized a weakness, a little late, but that is okay and they are trying to correct it.

We see the whole 'hey why don't we make this consultant guy our QB coach thing' a lot.  Not sure people realize what that means in real world terms.

 

I dunno, how his guys are drafted or what schools end up making them offers isn't anything to sneeze at.

Exactly. The common denominator in all this is Rivera. He doesnt TRY TO WIN. So all this falls back on him at the end of the day, but the media targets Cam because he is the polarizing face.

Great point. As has been the case the entire Rivera Era, we have been one play away from starting off 2-0 and everyone would be all over the Panthers black furry nuts and pontificating how Cam just "has the winner's mentality".
