Marc Sessler of NFL.com predicts Panthers will bounce back this week

If our head coach didn't have a slit between his legs we would be 2-0

If DeAngleo didn't fumble....we likely are 1-1

If Norman could grasp basic instruction.....we are likely 2-0

Lots of reasons we aren't 2-0 besides that slit

It's a culmination of many reasons why we're 0-2. I definitely think coaching staff and cleaning house in that area would be nice for us. As for Shula, we were much more exciting to watch with Chud's offense which made losing easier to watch. Well, as easy to watch as losing can be. We are now called an "uninspiring offense." Uninspiring and slow offenses don't win in the NFL, at least not anymore.

It's great to see someone picking us to bounce back over the usual hype teams like Redskins and Giants though. I just wish we could prove them to be right in their predictions...

If Rivera is so unbelievably piss poor, then why is he so loved by his players? I see easily half a dozen post game coverages where players don't defend their coach the way our guys defend Rivera.

They used to do the same thing for Foxy and his "it is what it is" attitude or things they said about Chud. Once Rivera is gone we will get some insight on how the players really feel about him. Until then I don't think our guys are going to bad mouth there coach.

If Ron is as soft spoken as he appears to be and not hot-headed - then I could see why some underperforming players or just players in general on this squad wouldn't speak bad about him. Ron probably lets these players get away with a lot more then other coaches (winning coaches) probably do (see Byron Bell). Plus, it's not wise to talk bad about someone who controls your playing time...

The offensive line is not the problem. Its Cam holding the ball 2-3 seconds longer than he should be. Receivers are open, but Cam won't throw the ball until he actually sees that they are open. He's got to anticipate routes and get the damn ball out so that when the WR breaks the ball is in front of their face. Thats the reason our offense is failing right now. Its very odd because Cam's rookie year, he didn't have this problem. Go rewatch the the Arizona or Green Bay game highlights
