I'm watching and I'm waiting.  Over the past 12 years at $4200 a season, well that is quite an investment and that does not include all the other things.

 

I'm reaching the point where I'd just rather go out and golf then be so frustrated at the level of stupid this team has gone to....it takes whole lot of stooopid to turn Newton into a pedestrian player in the game...and in one short season, it's happened.

Season 2 trades for the top running back in the 2012 draft class. Irsay Demands that Oline block for his franchise.

Irsay is clearly ALL IN from the begging with a clear plan.

I made this exact post minus the latest moves and thought they were doing it better than Carolina and got scolded in that post.

I hope the office has a plan...what ever it is just go aggressively to it and make tough decisions.

We just have to guess bc JR saw his shadow at training camp so four more weeks of losses.

.Everyone has hobbies. I have several, but the one I likely put the most effort into is following the Panthers and the NFL in general. So when events happen with the team I try to understand them, I try to gain knowledge past what the talking head on ESPN tell me. As such the year before the lock-out I mostly understood the business decisions behind the moves the Panthers made in John Fox’s last season with the team.

Going young, clearing out high dollar/low production contracts made sense to me. Obviously the savings the franchise made for itself during a time with no revenue (reportedly) made sense too. As such, watching what was essentially a wasted season did not sting as much as it could have from a fan perspective. I knew better times were coming.

 

 

 

 

I don't know how you could start by giving Richardson a pass for fugging his fan base hard in the ass when the rest of the League was preparing to win.

Unforgivable in my book and only exacerbated by the years following.

Richardson has betrayed the Public trust and as such should relinquish control of the Panthers. Regardless what he thinks, the Panthers belong to the Carolina's and Panther fans everywhere.
