I wish we could get rid of some RBs too. I guess I prefer the pass game over the run (Washington State Alum here). But, someone up top obviously is all bout the RBs.

Panthers lose almost entire secondary, resign a bottom of the barrel vet and promote practice squad scrubs.

Colts lose 1 of their 2 RB, go out and make blockbuster trade.

This is the difference between being in contention since 1999 and being irrelevant since 2008.

Doesn't even have to be a trade, we lose both starting safeties and didn't even bother to bring Rhodes in for a workout, even after clearing cap room for some reason.  

 

Just like how the Colts were suffering in the secondary last year, and made a move for Vontae Davis which worked out great for them, somehow I don't think promoting Robert Lester from the practice squad is going to work out quite as well.
