Gave it your best shot and it didn't work out,you are a great defensive coach and you will be back in the NFL in no time.Truth be known Ron, this team sucked before you came on board and has sucked for years.It needs a lot of work on all levels and there is enough blame to go around in this organization...(he seems like a real good person and I personally hate to see him fail with this team,but he will land on his feet maybe with a better team then this one).
