This game is going to be matchup hell for us. Our D is best aganst the run and the Giants have no run game, our D is worst against the pass and thats what the Giants excel at. Our O line is a joke and their D line is a strength. Eww this gonna be nasty

I'm not feeling good about this game. Our starting secondary gave up over 300 yards passing against Seattle and just shy of 300 against the a QB, now we have a make shift secondary going against Eli, who threw for over 300 yards against Denver's defense. Not a good feeling at all...

Eli was down early and passing against a prevent defense almost the entire second half. He should have been much higher than that.

I'm not confident the DL is even gonna get a chance to make much of a difference.  They're not gonna have a chance to get to Eli if our CBs are getting smoked right off the snap, which I have a feeling that's exactly what Nicks and Cruz will be doing to them.  If the DL starts to create pressure, NY will just start running quicker, shorter routes.  You know, kinda like we should be doing when our OL can't protect our QB.

I think its a good idea personally, because lester is a bit bigger and slower and can hopefully play up and make run stopping plays. Mitchell can run a 4.39 so i dont think he'll pull a nakamura.

 

Also, i think Dockery will do awesome on sunday. I know he hasnt played this year but he looked good at the end of last year and thought he was our best corner.

 

Nonetheless, if our front 7 doesnt at least match Week 1s play to make Mr. Backfoot make poor decisions, we could be in for another looongggg game.
