This is just a quick comparison of DGettlemans last two QB's.  Cam and Eli are not the same type of QB. That much is obvious, however there are some similarities. Lots of people have expressed concern that Cam may not be the future of this franchise according to DG. I doubt very seriously that he would even consider not signing him long term.

 

DG was not in charge during the formative years of Eli, but he was very close to the inner-workings of the Giants organization that drafted and cultivated a struggling Eli and no doubt participated in the conversations had about whether or not to keep him. Even a casual comparison shows that Cam is performing better and may just need more time.

 

Like the saying goes, not every good QB is Peyton Manning, lol.
