Certainly he Panthers problems actually go deeper than coaching but in my opinion this is the major issue with the team. I can't see Rivera and staff turning this season into a positive one. Look for a wholesale coaching change next season,plus more talented players in key positions. In Gettlman I trust.

So Rivera isn't at fault that we have a 15 percent win probability in close games? The criticism for Rivera isn't from one game genius, it's from NUMEROUS games. Everyone has had enough of it, he shows no type of leadership and accountability, instead, he comes up with excuses.

I know a lot of people want to blame Cam but the majority of our losses come while he's sitting on the sidelines watching another team march down the field for the win because Rivera took the ball out of his hands.
