I'm crafting a carefully-written letter to Jerry Richardson. What should I say?

Ask him what he thinks his role is for the organization and ask him how he feels he has failed the role and more specifically what he thinks his mistakes have been and how they have played a role in the failure of the team, or as he would say, product.

 

 

I'd really like to know what failures JR would take responsibility for if anything, or if he even realizes he plays a part in this failure of a team.
