The thing about a young coach who is desperate for a job, is that you can throw him into a situation with an unproven rookie QB and he sort of has to deal with it.

 

Our situation reminds me of Philly. The Eagles knew that Vick was their guy, so they found a coach that worked with his abilities. There are going to be but so many coaches that find Cam attractive as their #1 starter.

I'll agree with getting Cowher, as long as we can play in the same division as the 1980's-1990's Bengals, Browns, and Oilers.

You realize we are currently the equivalent of the 1980's -1990's Bengals, Browns, and Oilers. I'd love to have a team that consistently beats the teams you're supposed to beat. He did it with Kordell Stewart and Tommy Maddux.
