I agree! All you here is don't do drugs, drugs are bad! What is every other commercial on TV for? Some type of drug that is supposed to be good for you (until you see the side affects).

I was thinking about a possible way to immediately work on gun problem is to ban all firearms within city limits and give gun ranges or sporting stores outside city the ability to hold the weapons for people so that they can still go out and hunt. Kinda similiar to having a boat and paying a slip to hold your boat on the water. Sure, guns can still be around, but making it illegal across the board will greatly reduce the amount of them on the city and less guns = less gun violence.

As for the home and personal protection argument, there are many non lethal alternatives including the stun gun tasers police use to rubber bullets and bean bag guns. To allow guns with rubber bullets, they could make a new caliber gun that only has rubber bullets options since you need a firearm to shoot them.
