Cam had all this imaginary time according to fans

He should get rid of the ball quicker. He had plenty of time most the game. He was throwing late on many passes.

I Agree as well with getting the ball out quicker, but like you said in the Gameday thread most of the plays that were being called took years to develop. There were a few replays I remember seeing that Lafell would break away from his man but by that time Cam had pressure right in his face or was already hit. Shula needs to do a better job and start calling plays that dont take so long to develop because Cam doesnt have the time to sit back there and wait. I don't remember seeing one screen play set up for Deangelo.

Not making excuses for Cam either, because I know he didn't play good yesterday and missed some throws that a QB must make when he has the time.

Ginn should have had the record-setting day with 3 or 4 touchdowns.

Yup. Absolutely brutal how open Ginn was the entire game. Actually, he had a very solid game for us.

Don't forget he was the one that stopped A. Smith from running out of the endonze - and stopped that by about half an inch.

Only receiver that was open the whole game was Hixon standing beside Edwards. Don't you guys remember last week when y'all were bitching about him not taking shots. This week he takes some but you have to wait for those to develop. Quick throws aren't shots down field. Can't have it both ways

Ginn was open several times, while Cam was either running for his life or had a defender bearing down on him...

No...not really...not at all..

For a mobile QB...Cam does not do a good job of scrambling to avoid pressure while keeping his eyes down field. Nor does he throw on the run as often and definitely not as accurate as a Wilson, Rodgers, or Luck.

He straight missed Ginn, no excuses.

Yes, really - can post several examples from the all-22.

Wilson, Rodgers and Luck are working with a totally different level of receiver talent. Can scramble with your eyes downfield all you want but if nobody works themselves open then it doesn't matter.

Cam had a bad day with throws downfield, but just wanted to point out that in 2011 Brady was 1-15 in passes that were further than 30+ yards.

But he did miss some throws, but if we are running an offense that depends on throwing that far downfield constantly we need a new offense

It's funny, I've noticed that if the commentators point something out that happens in the game once, fans take the opportunity to regurgitate it and embellish on it.  Sometimes even when the commentators are wrong.

"Ginn was open all day"

"Bell got beat every play"

"Cam had all day to throw"

"Captain munnerlyn kept throwing cheap shots"
