I hate JR so much now. The man was clearly not like this before his heart transplant. I don't know what happened to him.

 

I would say that every major life event impacts us in one way or the other. It changes our priorities, attitudes, personality, and philosophy....I wouldn't rule it out having some sort of impact.

I could make an argument that he is cheap a lot easier than one where he is dumb.

 

He is brilliant actually. He has found one of the few business models where he can make money while delivering a shitty product.

I love that it means a lot to some people whether he's stupid or evil. Because you can hate evil and get all pissy and indignant about it. Who cares? It's not working either way.

I was going to make a thread saying basically the same thing.

 

JR had the choice to get a quality coach and put us in a position to win.... or keep Rivera and save money. He chose to save money. Same thing he did in 2010, cut all the vets and keep a coach that doesn't want to be here. An entire year goes out the window with absolutely no chance of a championship. But he doesn't care, he's making more money this way. That's what he cares about more than anything. And we as fans just have to suck it up and deal with an inferior product for another year.
