Giants v Panthers game - need help

Sunday will be my first away game as a Panther fan. Should I expect Giant fans to treat me with respect on Sunday at the stadium or should I avoid wearing a Panther jersey?

Wear a panthers polo shirt but be sure not to cheer louder than the home fans around you.

I'm dreading this game, honestly.  It would have been bad even if they had beaten Buffalo, now no Panthers fans will bother to show up.  Its gonna be bad.

If the panthers can somehow manage to "not lose" this one, get out safely. 0-3 in Giants land could be scary.

I have relatives in NYC and have been to a few Knicks (cheering for the away team Grizzlies) and Yankees games for perspective. The fans are intense but cordial and not royal asswipes like the Eagles or Saints fans. Expect to be heckled but you don't need to bring a knife.

I would wear a Lawrence Taylor or Phil Sims jersey.  That way you will appear to be a long time Giant's fan.
