No, he's not had a winning record. But you don't go firing every coach just because the team is below .500. If that were the case we'd have round about 16 head coaching changes a year across the league. I thought that we were growing, that we were improving and that we would soon be over the hump. I also thought he would be the guy to push us over the hump. Today, I realized that I was wrong about that.

He signed off on Shula's streak offense only a Raider fan would enjoy. Today showed opening up the offense is out of Shula's character.

I am just wondering why last seasons offense went? Shula did not pay close attention and Cam cannot hit a sideline streak in stride.

It went with chud to cleveland. Chud was always the mastermind behind the offense. unfortunately he has brandon weeden as his qb so go figure.

we've been seeing this poo since day one with rivera... he should of been gone and gettleman should of been able to bring in his guy and get that going.... but nope, richardson set the franchise back by being the nice guy and giving rivera another shot. we waste another year and look towards the draft, yay.

Even if we win next week I won't be shocked. It'll just be another kick in the ribs by fate, giving us a little taste so there is a reasonable doubt that Ron should be fired before stringing us along for another losing season.

The worst part is if we actually win next week, I won't even be excited. This team will need to go on like 5-0 run for me to allow myself to feel anything other than numbness. I just can't keep getting exciting on Sundays just to watch us throw games away over and over again.
