Mikell is the better SS. Might as well let that spot be solidified. Mitchell looks to have more range as well. It's worth trying.

I agree he is the better SS.

But would argue Mitchell only serves a purpose at SS. Mikell is smart and has played both spots at a decent level. Mitchell is basically only a run defender/blitzer IMO.

It really isn't going to matter who we have in the secondary if we can't get to the QB.

We had one sack today. One. What happened to our vaunted defensive line we've invested so heavily in?

Mikell is the better player in general. I was just looking at Mitchell's raw speed. We need a guy like that over the top to keep offenses honest.

Am I missing something, didn't they put naka on ir? I think you have to declare someone ir eligible to return don't you and then it's after a certain point.

How we playing I'll be happy with a high school state champion caliber coach. I don't know what we do with the secondary. But it wouldn't hurt to bring in anyone never know a change might be a good thing. But I wouldn't want naka back unless there is no other choice

We then released him. He is a FA now

Still put him on ir and gave him an injury settlement. I don't know the rules but I would think he can't play
