Is Jerry Richardson the worst owner in the NFL? He brought us the Boost Mobile of NFL teams

Well its not like we have much of a choice, either deal with Jerry or get use to the idea of the LA Panthers.

Totally disagree. The only team with a real chance of moving is the Jaguars. And once LA has a team, what other city that doesn't have a team could support one? None of them. I'd love to see Richardson sell to Bruton Smith, Mark Cuban, etc. Just get him out of here.

If Richardson was the owner of Philly, NY (either of them), Chicago, GB, heck even Buffalo etc right now with the conditions our Panthers have been the last 8+ years

I'd fear for him

Heck if he went to LA and did the same out there it wouldn't be pretty

As of right now, yes.

Al Davis gets a bad rap for those last few years but he was old and likely senile. BUT, he still cared about winning and he made it clear to fans. If a coach sucked or did something stupid, they got canned ASAP and Al would bring someone in thst he tbought the fans could get excited about, with the only exception probably being Tom Cable. He had no issue with firing a head coach within a year or two of their hire. JR on the other hand is so cheap that he won't do poo until a contract is up because he doesn't want to pay someone that he's fired. Furthermore, he doesn't hire anyone to actually win or shake things up, he hires a coach that will be a company man with a conservative philosophy.

Every season the Panthers have finished below 7-9 we have fired the coach except Rivers's first season.

The idea he doesn't care is false.

I didn't say he didn't care, but I do believe he cares more about money than he does winning. Otherwise, Rivera wouldn't have came into this year as the coach.

I knew since his first season that Rivera was not a head coach. But it was his first year, so I get giving him the benefit of the doubt... but then to come out the way he did last season, he should've been fired immediately.

The final records don't matter when the 7 wins are comprised of 4 wins in the last quarter or so of the season when teams have already locked up playoff spots or know they're out and wins are a lot easier to come by.

Forget about what JR thinks and does, Gettleman won't allow this poo to take place.

After 20 years of waiting for this opportunity, Gettleman does not want to fail as a GM. He's the only person associated with the franchise I have some faith in right now.

I don't think Rivera coming back was a money decision.
