we all know the players like him and respect him by the ovation he got when he was brought back in the offseason.. we need to hire someone (or promote) that will not lose the lockerroom after Rivera/Shula is gone.. i dont think McDerp is gone, he has done enough to play out the year- but then let Gettleman hire someone with their own staff across the board

We are stuck with RR until week 14 or so....but likely he just finished out the year.

Look at Fox. JR doesn't care about his team tanking.

It would be McDermott if Rivera is fired during the season, which I don't see happening anyways given at the end of the day it's JRs team and that's not his style unless it's really bad.

With our secondary....there really is no good play calling on a game winning drive.

We might of had the worst unit in the NFL.....and we lost Godfrey, Thomas and MIkell in game on top of that. Anything you call they can be beat like a drum.

Ron should be fired. He sucks.

Don't however give Gettlemen the pass he is getting. This secondary and OL is something DG allowed is to go into the season with
